Deine Rolle im Team
- Our client is seeking a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to act as the key technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle - from early-stage discovery and solution design through to onboarding and long-term technical collaboration.
- This is a highly cross-functional position combining elements of technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
- The role requires someone who can translate complex technical and operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions while working closely with internal product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
- You will play a central role in helping prospective partners understand how the platform can support their business needs, ensuring solutions are technically feasible, operationally scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for prospective enterprise partners during pre-sales discussions and onboarding activities.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, workflows, and integration needs.
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical solution approaches.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to validate feasibility and support delivery planning.
- Support commercial and go-to-market teams by presenting technical capabilities and helping build partner confidence in the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders including engineering leads, architects, and senior technology teams.
- Provide guidance on API integrations, implementation best practices, troubleshooting, and platform functionality.
- Support partners throughout the onboarding and integration lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution proposals, diagrams, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Coordinate internally to support the rollout of new platform features and partner-facing technical updates.
- Help improve scalable support processes and cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Stay informed on relevant industry trends, technologies, and developments within regulated digital environments.

Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, software architecture principles, and modern software development practices.
- Ability to simplify technical complexity and communicate practical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English communication skills; German language skills are highly advantageous.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
- Exposure to fintech, financial services, SaaS platforms, or regulated digital products.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and scalable platform ecosystems.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
Erfahrung
- Previous experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Experience working within complex or regulated technology environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients through onboarding, integrations, or technical implementation processes.
- Experience contributing to enterprise RFPs, RFIs, or technical proposal documentation.
- Experience working within startup or high-growth technology businesses.
