Ausbildung

• You have a bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field.

Qualifikationen

• You have shipped and measured the success of AI-powered feature from a human-centered design perspective.
• You are skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma and/or vibe coding.
• You can validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback.
• You bring strong collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers.
• You are proficient in English, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• You are passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges.
• You have a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Nice to have: You are fluent in German (business proficiency), enabling effective collaboration in German-speaking environments.

Erfahrung

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity).
• You have hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features or products that are used by real customers.
• You can advise other designers on best practices for designing and evaluating AI features, based on your learned experience.
• Your portfolio includes at least one shipped AI-powered product experience and clearly demonstrates your role, design decisions, learnings, and impact.
• You have experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• You are experienced in driving strategic decisions in a product triad.
