    Deine Rolle im Team

    • IT Risk Management & Governance
    • Shape and continuously evolve the global IT risk management framework in alignment with ERM principles.
    • Drive transparency by consolidating risk data into meaningful dashboards, reporting, and insights for leadership.
    • Lead and coordinate IT risk activities across Global IT, ensuring consistency and accountability.
    • Ensure mitigation actions are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively executed.
    • Establish common standards such as risk taxonomy, control expectations, and alignment with enterprise risk appetite.
    • Resilience & Continuity
    • Embed resilience and continuity thinking into IT risk management and day-to-day operations.
    • Align IT resilience strategies with enterprise continuity objectives and critical risk scenarios.
    • Collaborate closely with Disaster Recovery Management to ensure robust, compliant, and effective recovery capabilities.
    • Strengthen the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.
    • Collaboration & Advisory
    • Partner with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Solution Delivery teams to integrate risk and resilience into projects and services.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on IT risk governance and best practices.
    • Support audits and regulatory engagements with a strong focus on quality and transparency.
    • Drive awareness and foster a culture of proactive, risk-informed decision-making across Global IT.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Qualifikationen

    • Strong understanding of recognized risk and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO).
    • Familiarity with ITIL practices (v3 or v4).
    • Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English.

    Erfahrung

    • At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management, Operational Risk, or IT Continuity.
    • 5+ years of overall experience in IT or related domains.
    • Experience in business continuity, resilience, and disaster recovery aligned with international standards.
    • Proven experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
