Deine Rolle im Team
- Be the primary point of contact for all SAP FI topics (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Banking) within the Finance function.
- Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement automation solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and coordinate with IT and external consultants.
- Support and coordinate interfaces with connected systems, such as e-invoicing (xSuite), consolidation tools (LucaNet), banking platforms, and reporting solutions.
- Ensure a seamless integration of FI with MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), approve system changes, and support go-live activities.
- Represent the Finance function in SAP projects, such as onboarding new legal entities or supporting system upgrades and release changes.
- Ensure the quality of FI master data and contribute to the definition of roles and authorization concepts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by resolving system-related issues and providing functional expertise.
- Train key as well as end users and maintain up-to-date process and system documentation.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field, or a commercial vocational qualification with relevant additional training.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of integration points between FI and MM, SD, and CO modules.
- Solid accounting knowledge, including German GAAP (HGB) and basic IFRS principles.
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience with SAP FI as a Key User, In-house Consultant, or SAP Consultant.
- Experience in project environments and in working with IT service providers and external consultants.
