- Finding solutions to problems in first and second level support
- Creative design for the optimization of IT services and processes
- Advice on dealing with (new) technologies and IT tools
- Support for IT projects
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Successfully completed training in an IT-related professional field or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Fun and pleasure in dealing with new technologies (e.g. with hyper-converged infrastructure)
Erfahrung
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support - ideally in an industrial environment
