Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be part of our agile software development team and contribute to different software packages from sensor drivers to complex algorithms in our sensor fusion framework. Additionally, you will contribute with your C++ skills to support specific developments shaped for our customers.
- You will work in a growing team with flat hierarchies and expertise in sensor fusion, software development, computer vision, deep learning, and embedded hardware development. You will contribute to exciting projects in many different industries.
- Develop new positioning and sensor fusion capabilities and integrate them into our high-precision positioning engine.
- Maintain and continuously improve our positioning engine by evolving its software architecture, system interfaces, and overall code quality.
- Adapt and extend our framework to meet the requirements of specific customer projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ROS 2 nodes for our products, including sensor drivers, data processing nodes, and a wrapper for our sensor fusion engine.
- Support the integration and validation of ROS 2 components across our products.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Master's degree in computer science or engineering (or comparable).
Qualifikationen
- Familiarity with Git and GitLab.
- ROS2 knowledge is a plus.
- Motivation to contribute to technical development, ability to work independently, and openness to varied tasks within a collaborative team.
- Team player with quick perception, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Multiple years of professional experience in C++ development with production-level code shipped to customers.
- Experience with domain-driven design of maintainable solutions for complex environments; experience with design patterns is a plus.
- Experience working on complex software projects, with strong collaboration skills and familiarity with code reviews, technical coordination, and knowledge sharing.
- Interest in learning about positioning and sensor fusion algorithms; experience in statistics and filtering techniques (e.g., Kalman filters) is a plus.
- Python experience is a plus.
