Deine Rolle im Team
- Work as a full-stack developer in a very small, agile team with high responsibility, from coding to deploying and operating on AWS.
- Independently develop brand-new features and responsive UIs for desktop, tablet, and mobile across our apps using React and Next.js.
- Build backend services and REST APIs with Node.js and NestJS, as well as background jobs and data migrations using BullMQ, Redis, TypeORM, and MySQL.
- Maintain and evolve our modern tech stack (including Turborepo and Vite) and deployment pipelines to keep our systems stable, scalable, and maintainable.
- Contribute your own ideas in close collaboration with product and IT teams, with benefiting from short decision-making processes and fast release cycles.
- Work with the latest AI tools daily to move fast, automate routine tasks, and focus on solving real engineering problems.

Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies and practices for responsive web development.
- A strong sense of ownership and a passion for excellence.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German is a plus).
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building software independently with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Practical experience working with relational databases.
