Deine Rolle im Team
- You drive the implementation of a holistic UX strategy aligned with business goals and targeted at elevating the organization's UX maturity level
- Your tasks include to lead the UCX grassroots team, align UX activities across various business units, and guide the organization's expanding UX community
- You will establish and manage ResearchOps practices, enabling a structured approach to research activities and maximizing their impact on product development. To build and scale DesignOps you will collaborate closely with the UX/UI Manager
- Your role involves advocating for user-centered design principles and culture, conducting UX training sessions, making UX impact measurable, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development and business strategy processes
- Your responsibility includes effectively communicating the UX strategy, progress, and impact to executive leadership and key stakeholders, fostering a culture centered around user-centricity
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Your academic degree in a UX/UI domain, psychology, or a related field is complemented by education/training in strategic UX topics. Certification in systems thinking, transformational leadership or coaching is a plus
Qualifikationen
- A strong ability to effectively manage and allocate resources to achieve UX goals and milestones is as much part of your profile as excellent communication skills and expertise in ResearchOps, UX training and workshop facilitation, UX budgeting and implementation of UX KPI's
Erfahrung
- You bring severeal years of proven experience in UX roles, ideally driving comprehensive UX and CX strategies within complex organizations or through digitalization initiatives. Experience in leading (project) teams is a must
