    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Showcase company products and solutions to potential customers.
    • Support customer through all solution architecture stages, including proof-of-concept planning to evaluation.
    • Engage in strategic discussions to identify solutions and target upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales team to simplify pre-sales process of demo, evaluation, and closure for customers.
    • Evaluate customer needs and requirements to offer hyper-personalized product demos and to improve customer processes.
    • Create feedback and review systems to identify and resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert of the company product and its connected network technologies.
    • Engage with product management team to design new requirements, product roadmaps, and enhancements.
    • Work with the sales team to complete pre-sales processes of product demonstrations and evaluations.

    Ausbildung

    • Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in a related occupation is required.

    Erfahrung

    • The position also requires 5 years of experience with PKI and Machine Identity; 5 years of experience with Load Balancing and Firewall Technologies, including F5, Palo Alto, and Cisco; 5 years of experience with Certificate Life Cycle Management tools and Identity Access management tools, including, SSH, LDAP, and Okta; 4 years of experience with Service and DevOps Automation tools, including ServiceNow, Ansible, Terraform, and OpenShift; 3 years of experience with Cloud, Containers, and Kubernetes; and 3 years of experience with Micro services, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

    Unser Angebot

    • 100% Remote Role.
    • Telecommuting Permitted.
    • Approximately 30% travel required.
    • Salary range is €180,000 - €200,000.
    • Employer will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the Germany for this opening.
    • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen (as applicable).
