Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position unterstützt du das Infrastruktur-Team im ersten und zweiten Level Support, behebst technische Probleme, bereitest Hardware vor und dokumentierst technische Prozesse für ein optimiertes Nutzererlebnis.
Deine Rolle im Team
- With your enthusiasm for technical support, you will assist the Infrastructure team offer first and second-level support for end-users, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware-related problems.
- Support with the preparation the hardware for your colleagues, and provide support for all equipment, including seamless setup and configuration (On- and Offboarding).
- You will develop, write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and procedures for an improved and streamlined user experience.
- In addition, you will provide technical training to employees and support our knowledge sharing within our innovative organization.

Qualifikationen
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master in Technology, or an equivalent field) with an availability of at least one year.
- A customer oriented attitude and good communication skills with the ability to communicate/solve technical issues also for colleagues without technical knowledge.
- You are passionate about technology.
- Fluency in English and German.
Erfahrung
- First experience with Operating Systems, Cloud Software and Hardware, as well as basic knowledge of networks and network security would be a plus!
