- Development and implementation of a global IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Management and prioritization of the global IT demand and project portfolio.
- Leadership and development of international teams in IT Business Partnering and Project Management.
- Translation of business requirements into scalable IT solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.
- Establishment of efficient processes, governance structures and standards to continuously enhance the global IT organization.
- Responsibility for stakeholder management, resources, budgets and risks as well as driving innovation and harmonization across the global IT landscape.
