Deine Rolle im Team
- Provide functional leadership, guidance and coaching to an HRIS Specialist in executing system configurations and projects.
- Lead and continuously improve the global HRIS landscape, ensuring stable, efficient and user-friendly HR system operations.
- Manage SuccessFactors and connected HR systems, including configurations, workflows, security, integrations, releases and issue resolution.
- Drive HR data quality, reporting accuracy and system governance through controls, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR, IT, vendors and global stakeholders to prioritise enhancements, deliver projects and resolve critical system topics.
- Lead change, governance, and continuous improvement, establishing best practices, managing release cycles, coordinating testing, documenting changes, and ensuring the HRIS function delivers an exceptional user experience across the organisation.

Qualifikationen
- Ability to work conceptual and conduct within the projects while remaining operational and support complex technical and functional issues when required.
- Demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors configuration, security, integrations, reporting, data governance, release management, and HR technology best practices.
- A collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented leadership style, with excellent communication, project management, and continuous improvement skills, and the ability to lead a lean team while remaining actively involved in delivery.
Erfahrung
- Proven experience in lateral leadership (e.g. Project Management) in a global HRIS environment, with deep hands-on expertise across SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central and additional SuccessFactors modules).
- Experience managing global stakeholders and external vendors, with the ability to influence senior HR and IT leaders while coordinating priorities across regions.
