Deine Rolle im Team
- We are seeking a Senior Operations Officer to join our client's Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), based in Munich, Germany.
- This role is centred on the assessment and the response of the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) to threats, incidents and crisis.
- Working complementarily with an Intelligence team, the successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing, ensuring a coordinated response on threats, incidents and crisis.
- As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to the development of operational response processes across the organisation, helping to shape the strategic direction of the GSOC.

Ausbildung
- Master's degree in security management, emergency management, criminal justice, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience gained in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or comparable operational security environments.
Qualifikationen
- High-level project management skills with demonstrated ability to set and meet priorities under pressure and manage competing operational demands.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, travel security, emergency response, executive protection, event security, and crisis management frameworks.
- Proficiency in security technologies and platforms and in their integration, including mass notification systems, incident management tools, travel security platforms, and threat monitoring solutions.
- Solid understanding of cross-border and hybrid threat environments, including physical, cyber, and reputational dimensions relevant to multinational organizations.
- Excellent ability to deliver clear operational briefings to senior leadership, influence decision-making under pressure, and build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in at least one additional regional language; German fluency is a plus.
- Ability to innovate and identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the security posture of the operational team and its internal and external stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- 8+ years of experience in physical security operations, incident and crisis management, with proven leadership of regional or global operational teams.
- Proven leadership experience managing security operations centres, control rooms, or equivalent 24/7 operational environments in the public and/or private sector.

- This is a duty-based position, requiring on-site presence at the client's Munich office at the beginning, with potential flexible arrangement in the longer term.
