- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and solution-oriented support.
- The installation of our software solutions at the customer's site will be part of your responsibilities.
- Independent delivery of remote customer support.
- Monitoring the performance and stability of software solutions, including error analysis and troubleshooting.
- Supporting the rollout of new software releases, including hotfixes and patches, to ensure smooth implementation.

Ausbildung
- You have a degree in the field of IT or in a comparable subject area.
Qualifikationen
- Affinity for technology and are interested in topics related to the IT environment.
- Excellent communication skills and work independently, customer oriented as well as responsible.
- Our team operates in an international environment and supports customers worldwide. Therefore, fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, knowledge of German is an advantage.
Erfahrung
- Experience with the installation, configuration and administration of Windows Server systems.
- It is an advantage if you have already gained experience with SQL servers and with container technologies (such as Docker/ Kubernetes).
- Experience in the installation, configuration and administration of Linux systems is also desirable.
