Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality XR applications and core platform features using Unity and C#.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and extensible software architectures.
- Implement and optimize XR interactions, rendering pipelines, UI systems, and application workflows.
- Integrate external services, enterprise systems, native libraries, and third-party SDKs.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to CPU, GPU, memory, and networking.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms and XR devices.
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to improve tooling, workflows, and development practices.
- Stay current with advancements in Unity, OpenXR, graphics technologies, and XR hardware platforms.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong proficiency in C# with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills, including CPU, GPU, memory, and application lifecycle analysis.
- Ability to independently drive technical solutions from concept to deployment.
- Strong knowledge of OpenXR, MRTK, XR Interaction Toolkit, AR Foundation, and related XR frameworks.
- Familiarity with graphics programming concepts, shaders, rendering pipelines, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of professional Unity development experience, including experience delivering XR applications in enterprise, industrial, or B2B environments.
- Proven experience developing production-ready XR, AR, VR, or MR applications.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale or technically complex software systems.
- Experience integrating external services, third-party SDKs, native plugins, or backend systems into Unity applications.
- Experience working with source control systems such as Git.
- Experience developing applications for HoloLens 2, Meta Quest, Pico, or other XR platforms.
- Experience with multiplayer and networking frameworks such as Photon or Unity Netcode.
- Experience integrating managed and native C++ libraries.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance-critical applications.
- Experience integrating CAD, PLM.
