Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, develop, test, debug, and support software applications across multiple platforms using established development standards and best practices.
- Work within an agile development environment to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements.
- Contribute to software architecture discussions and support the evolution of products and development processes.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and deliver project milestones.
- Participate in planning and execution of software development activities in partnership with technical leaders and managers.
- Conduct code reviews to promote knowledge sharing, maintain code quality, and support continuous improvement.
- Partner with Software Quality Engineering to build solutions that support automated testing and seamless integration throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize source code management and work item tracking tools to support efficient software delivery.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with other business functions as needed.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- Understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and development frameworks.
- Knowledge of source code management tools and work item tracking systems.
- Understanding of common software design patterns and best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to complex technical projects.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of risk management concepts.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-based software solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Low to no travel required.
Erfahrung
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.
- Experience with unit testing and testable software design approaches.
