Qualifikationen

• Autonomy Fundamentals: A solid technical grasp of the autonomous driving domain, including sensor and perception technologies, autonomy path planning and motion control logic and machine learning approaches.
• Modern AI: A basic understanding of Machine Learning approaches, how they impact system testing and the importance of valid training data.
• Testing Logic: The ability to define 'what success looks like' even in the absence of a perfect specification, using engineering intuition to guide the design of valid tests.
• Communication and collaboration skills: Well-structured communication with systems and software engineering teams to clarify pass criteria and submit actionable feedback from failing tests.
• Resourcefulness: The ability to create high-fidelity testing conditions even when resources are limited.
• Driver License: You have at minimum a drivers license Class B (preferred: class C) and are comfortable with going independently to different test tracks and drive or operate our autonomy products on them.

Erfahrung

• At least 4 years of professional experience working with and validating autonomous systems (ideally in a safety-critical domain such as automotive or robotics).
• Methodology ramp-up: Proven experience in setting up verification activities in a structured way, defining and establishing suitable processes and tracking & reporting progress.
