Deine Rolle im Team
- Manage and further develop configuration and change management processes within an aerospace engineering environment.
- Ensure accurate, traceable, and compliant handling of technical design and product data.
- Maintain and optimize configuration data structures and workflows within the PLM landscape.
- Support and advise internal teams in the use of Siemens Teamcenter and related configuration processes.
- Coordinate and control engineering changes while assessing their impact on projects and operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management guidelines, procedures, and standards.
- Lead and coordinate a small configuration management team.
- Support internal and external audits within a regulated aviation environment.
- Organize change control activities and coordinate technical data exchange with suppliers and partners.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of regulated development environments and EASA/DOA requirements.
- Good knowledge of IT service and process frameworks, especially ITIL.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong process understanding.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teams.
- English C1.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in configuration management, PLM, or engineering change management within the aerospace industry.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and ideally SAP ERP.
- Experience leading or coordinating small technical teams.
