Deine Rolle im Team
- We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT ERP Site Coordinator to provide leadership and operational management of our Waldenburg, Germany site.
- This role will report directly to the EMEA Enterprise Applications Leadership, with a dotted-line report to the site manager at the location.
- Our Waldenburg site will need a strong IT operations leader to overlook and sustain the current legacy ERP/Application system landscape.
- Further the person is going to help by transitioning to the Corporate Oracle ERP platform and integrated Ecosystems.
- The right candidate will also be a hands-on person, to organize and partially self-execute production support incidents/requests as well as working on enhancements.
- Secure IT Operations (Architecture, Applications, Security) as per business needs and under consideration of corporate IT policies and standards.
- Coordinate business requests, enhancements and prioritize and plan them with business stakeholders in Germany and EMEA leadership team.
- Overlook business applications (ERP, BI, CRM, CPQ, DMS, PDM) used at site.
- Close cooperation with all departments, site and EMEA management.
- Work hand in hand with IT infrastructure teams.
- Support integration activities of site applications to a new global ERP solution.
- Lead application support best practices, and coordinate with outsourced, local and global support team members.
- Develop continual service improvement plans to ensure application services adequately support business needs.
- Coordinate the processing and timely response to service request tickets assigned to application teams.
- Management and control of external service providers.
- Support Finance on local IT budget process.
- Assistance in all questions regarding IT auditing (internal/external).
- Specify and document business requirements.
- Maintain system configurations in Infor BAAN ERP system.
- Work with 3rd party software services in legacy and new ERP system.
- Analyze data and create ad-hoc or permanent reports to visualize business data.
- Ability to perform data analysis to support resolution of production support issues.
- Responsible for implementation of solutions.
- Perform program test with the users.
- Responsible for education of users.
- Preparation of IT documentation.
- Be the link between Key Users and System developers/programmers.
- Support Corporate Application projects (CPQ, CRM, PDM, EDI) in the relevant areas.
- Participating in Kaizen event for business process re-engineering.
- Guide functional business leads change management activities.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administrations or similar qualifications.
Qualifikationen
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of IT-supported business processes.
- Superior communication (verbal and written), organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to think globally and act locally.
- International work exposure outside of Germany.
- Microsoft Power BI exposure.
Erfahrung
- 3 - 5 years of progressive general IT operations management experience.
- Functional experience with large ERP installations, preferably in a manufacturing environment required.
- Experience including configurations, setups, enhancements, interface and training skills.
- Functional business and process experience in any or multiple areas such as Finance, Sales / Distributions, Sourcing, Logistics, Planning and Manufacturing.
- Experience with IT Service Management Systems.
- Experience managing IT delivery through onsite & remote teams and consulting partners.
- Experience with BI and SQL usage.
- Consulting or In-house Support experience with Infor Baan and/or Oracle eBusiness Suite.
- Previous experience in Supervisor or Project Manager role.
Unser Angebot
- You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.
