Deine Rolle im Team
- In this role, you will solve challenging problems and work directly with all levels of the global organization to enable employees to use Optimizely's IT technology.
- You will also be working directly with senior members of the IT organization to troubleshoot issues and complete projects.
- The responsibilities of this role are a blend of project-based work and responding to user needs.
- This role will focus on teamwork and individual effort to achieve the goals defined by the IT organization.
- Works globally, with a team of system administrators to respond to tickets and projects.
- Based on business initiatives, identifies hardware and software needs.
- Configures and maintains hardware platforms, virtual and cloud environments.
- Monitors and responds to network security events.
- Implements standards across global locations.
- Configures and maintains device and platform images.
- Works within the guidelines of security and compliance requirements, including ISO, GDPR, PCI, eDiscovery, HIPPA, SOC II.
- Stays current with the industry to evaluate and propose new technologies as required.
- Implements new technologies to meet project goals.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree preferred.
Qualifikationen
- Certification in a technology preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple and/or Linux operating systems.
- The ability to understand and compute storage and capacity.
Erfahrung
- 1+ years of relevant experience required.
- Microsoft intune and/or JAMF experience preferred.
- Experience with various cloud computing and NAS/SAN providers preferred.
