Deine Rolle im Team
- Support the Technical Service Team with daily operational, organizational and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of customer visits, seminars or similar events with internal or external stakeholders.
- Ensuring efficient and structured laboratory operations including the coordination of lab devices and material management.
- Active contribution to the implementation and compliance of laboratory and work safety regulations, as well as the creation and update of corresponding documentation.
- Identify and report any technical issues and escalate them as appropriate.

Qualifikationen
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional proficiency in German is a distinct advantage.
- A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work collectively and also take responsibility for tasks following them to completion.
Erfahrung
- Completed 3-years apprenticeship in the food area, as lab technician or comparable professional experience.
- Strong MS Office skills and previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus.
