- As Lead IT Specialist, you act as the primary onsite IT contact, ensuring high-quality IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and physical security services.
- You provide technical leadership, oversee site IT operations, and drive digital innovation supporting operational excellence.
- You collaborate with local and global stakeholders and manage specialized environments including laboratories and R&D systems.
- Deliver and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services.
- Act as the primary IT contact on site, ensuring reliable operations.
- Lead and support global IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance systems supporting labs, clean rooms, and R&D.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT/OT standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and service providers.
- Mentor users and provide training to enhance digital capabilities.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and deliver solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
Erfahrung
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, site support, or cybersecurity.
- Experience with Microsoft environments and enterprise systems.
