Deine Rolle im Team
- Resolve IT Support incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Network Administration - manage relationships with local vendors, perform network updates, troubleshoot, and resolve local network issues.
- User lifecycle management - provisioning/deprovisioning users and computers.
- Asset Management: maintain inventory systems, order hardware, and provide software to new joiners.
- Perform regular access audits.
- Administering a wide variety of SaaS apps; provision/modify/remove access as needed.
- Ordering/procuring equipment, maintaining vendor relationships, and inventory management for all IT hardware and software.
- Participate in IT Team Projects & Security Initiatives.
- Able to communicate effectively and concisely to the entire company.
- Supporting global workforce, partnering with overseas IT teams.
- Analyze existing processes, suggest and make improvements, and implement business processes where none exists.

Qualifikationen
- You have a positive attitude and are always happy to help.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Ability to administer Google Workspace, Slack and M365 for day-to-day operations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless technologies, VPNs, LAN/WAN, etc.).
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
Erfahrung
- Background in IT with experience in a similar role.
