Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, develop, and implement platform solutions that enhance the reliability, security, and scalability of the Database Platform infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership in AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and security for cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Take an active role in shaping the team's strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
- Lead and drive incident management and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring a stable and predictable environment.
- Define, implement, and maintain comprehensive observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing) to ensure the Platform meets availability targets.

Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Good understanding of cloud networking concepts and security best practices.
- Ability to balance hands-on engineering with architectural and leadership responsibilities.
Erfahrung
- Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS.
- Solid experience with cloud infrastructure solutions such as ECS, EC2, AppSync, Amazon RDS, S3, or comparable technologies.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Experience with multi-account AWS setups, landing zones, and governance models.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or similar.
