Deine Rolle im Team
- Design new and rework existing game features and systems targeted to improve key game metrics.
- Propose improvements and measures aligned with the game vision, player feedback, data analysis and business goals.
- Create pitch presentations, wireframes and documentation to clearly communicate your designs to the team.
- Utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output.
- Transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres.

Qualifikationen
- Good understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies and player behavior.
- Aspiration to take ownership and striving to get things done with a cost/benefit mindset.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Erfahrung
- Must-have: Proven experience and solid knowledge in 4X strategy games, simulation games, or complex titles (not a nice-to-have).
- Experience in Game Design / Game Balancing or Product Management in free-to-play games.
