- As a Senior Network Administrator at inducio GmbH, you will work on modern IT and network environments and play a key role in establishing and developing stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures.
- You will work closely with various departments and customers, contributing your technical expertise and driving projects forward independently.

- You will play an active role in shaping the future, take on responsibility, and maintain an overview of complex networks, systems, and security architectures.
- Administration and further development of complex network and IT infrastructures.
- Planning, implementation, and operation of firewall, WLAN, VPN, and routing solutions.
- Troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration on customer projects and close cooperation with other departments.
- Documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Responsibility for IT security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifikationen
- Confident use of VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, and network monitoring.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset - 'get-it-done' mentality.
- Ability to take responsibility independently and drive projects forward.
- Understanding of IT security & data protection (at least basic level).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Work permit for Germany.
- Knowledge of automation/scripting (e.g., Python, API, Bash).
- Certificates such as CCNA/CCNP (Cisco), CAT/CAP (Allied Telesis) or comparable qualifications.
- Interest in long-term development - technical & organizational.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and modern security concepts.
- Strong analytical skills.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience as a network administrator (IT/network environments).
- Experience with systems such as Cisco, Aruba, OPNsense, NAC, etc.
