- As a network administrator at inducio GmbH, you will work in modern IT and network environments and be involved in setting up and developing stable, secure, and high-performance infrastructures.
- You will work closely with various departments and customers, contribute your technical expertise, and drive projects forward independently.
- In our dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to achieve real results-not just theory or 'desk work.'
- You will play an active role in shaping the company, take on responsibility, and maintain an overview of complex networks, systems, and security architectures.
- Support and administration of existing network and IT infrastructures.
- Setup, configuration, and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and WLAN systems.
- Monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting in daily operations.
- Support with customer projects and implementation of technical requirements.
- Documentation of networks, processes, and configurations.
- Collaboration with technicians, project teams, and other departments.

Qualifikationen
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification.
- Basic knowledge of routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
- Technical understanding & interest in further development.
- Team spirit and solution-oriented communication.
- Good documentation skills.
- Work permit for Germany.
- Basic knowledge of IT security.
- Knowledge of scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Bash, API).
- Willingness to take on long-term responsibility (e.g., project management).
- Strong analytical skills.
Erfahrung
- Initial to several years of practical experience in network technology/IT infrastructure.
- Experience with systems such as Cisco, Aruba, OPNsense, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
