Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Master Data Analyst (f/m/d), you will take an active role in creating, maintaining, and validating product master data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and integrity across the business.
- You will analyse data, processes, and ownership to identify improvement opportunities, assess business impact, and implement effective solutions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA-including Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Finance-you will contribute to continuous improvement and support business performance through reliable, high-quality data.
- You will take ownership of data quality throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a strong right-first-time approach and maintaining the integrity of master data processes.
- Own and manage product master data across SAP and the Product Information Management (PIM) system throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end product creation processes, coordinating with stakeholders (f-m-d) to ensure timely, accurate, and complete master data through validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Execute and support both individual and mass data maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with data structures, dependencies, and system requirements.
- Build and maintain reports using advanced Excel, Power Query, and Qlik.
- Transforming and analysing data to support business decisions and operational transparency.
- Identify data gaps, drive process improvements, and implement efficient solutions to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and workflows.
- Support the standardisation, governance, and documentation of data management processes.
- Act as a key user (f/m/d), and point of contact for SAP and the Product Information Management (PIM) system.

Qualifikationen
- Proficient in Excel.
- Willingness to travel according to business needs.
Erfahrung
- Extensive experience in product master data management within an ERP environment.
- Relevant experience working with SAP (MM/SD).
- Professional experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Proven experience using Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms; Qlik Sense is desirable.
