Deine Rolle im Team
- Design, build, and continuously improve our internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Automate infrastructure delivery through CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Spacelift) and expand self-service capabilities for product teams.
- Own and evolve core platform components so teams can build, deploy, and operate services more autonomously.
- Review pull requests, share knowledge, and help maintain high engineering standards across the platform.
- Evaluate and introduce new AWS services, tools, and cloud-native patterns where they add clear value.
- Strengthen the platform's security, compliance, and resilience through clear standards, guardrails, and robust platform design.
- Work closely with product teams to understand their needs, remove bottlenecks in developer workflows, and translate those needs into scalable platform solutions.

Erfahrung
- Strong hands-on experience operating critical large-scale AWS environments, with broad knowledge of AWS technologies across areas such as compute, storage, networking, backup and recovery, and cloud security best practices.
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CI/CD and automation practices, agile software delivery, and Platform Engineering concepts, ideally including the development of internal developer platforms.
