Deine Rolle im Team
- You support the administration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Learning), including user support and issue resolution (2nd level).
- You contribute to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) by:
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of HR stories and reports
- Assisting in data model validation and data consistency checks
- You actively support HR data analysis and reporting, including:
- Data validation and cleansing across HR systems
- Preparation of datasets for reporting (headcount, PEX, HR KPIs)
- Identification and resolution of data inconsistencies
- You assist in testing activities, including:
- Testing system changes in SuccessFactors
- Validating SAC reports after updates or data loads
- You collaborate with HR Controlling, HRBPs, and system owners
- You support ongoing HR IT projects

Qualifikationen
- You are currently studying a STEM subject
- You have a strong interest in HR systems, data analytics, and cloud solutions
- You have a good understanding of data structures and strong analytical thinking
- You have very good English skills
Erfahrung
- You have very good Excel skills; ideally you have first experience with SAC or similar BI tools
