- You will own the end-to-end integration and delivery of our AI insurance product area with our strategic Berlin partner.
- Run on-site discovery workshops with the partner's business and tech teams to negotiate scope and trade-offs.
- Translate complex insurance processes into clear product specifications and actionable tasks for engineers and AI agents.
- Prototype and validate features hands-on using Claude Code before handing off or shipping.
- Prioritise parallel workstreams ruthlessly to maintain high-velocity, same-day delivery cycles.
- Test and verify every release against core business outcomes before signing off.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Strong technical foundation, ideally with a Computer Science degree or engineering background.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record building or prototyping directly with Claude Code or modern AI tools.
- Native or C1 German language proficiency paired with fluent English.
Erfahrung
- 1-2+ years in insurance, fintech, or another highly regulated domain.
- 5+ years driving product ownership and hands-on delivery management.
- Startup background with experience operating outside slow corporate approval cycles.
