Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the central interface between the Global Service organization and IT, ensuring alignment of business requirements and technical solutions.
- Evaluate service-related requirements and business demands and translate them into structured change requests and digitalization initiatives.
- Review existing tools, systems, and processes before initiating new developments to ensure efficient use of available solutions.
- Define, prioritize, and manage change requests based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.
- Prepare, facilitate, and coordinate change governance activities, including Change Committees and stakeholder alignment workshops.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support the implementation of approved changes across the global service value chain.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent communication regarding priorities, dependencies, risks, and implementation progress.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of business processes combined with technical knowledge.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities, and build alignment across functions and regions.
Erfahrung
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digitalization, change management, business analysis, project management, or a comparable role.
- Experience in the wind energy industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise systems and service management tools such as SAP and ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative working style, and experience working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
