Deine Rolle im Team
- Drive automated HR document generation: Build and further develop HR document templates in the system, including their connection to master data from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This includes using text modules and dynamic logic for automation, while ensuring accurate and consistent data integration across all documents.
- Implement and adapt HR workflows: Adapt global workflow blueprints to local legal requirements and build additional local workflows in the system where needed - ensuring global standards while fully complying with local compliance requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration: Define document storage within automated processes and ensure a seamless interaction between the system landscape, HR processes, and automated document generation and filing.
- Drive standardization in HR Services: Support the global harmonization and standardization of HR Services processes and identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions.

Qualifikationen
- Understanding of data structures, system logic and automated processes
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong understanding of the connections between data, processes and systems
- High affinity for digitalization and automation
- Ability to pragmatically implement global standards
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
Erfahrung
- Experience in HR Services or HR Operations, HR IT, document management or process automation
- Ideally, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central Core and SF Onboarding
- Experience with the Strato document management and workflow system by SpinifexIT is a plus
