- Most developers build for the perfect environment: the latest OS on high-end hardware. We build for the real world. From the living room (FireTV, AppleTV) to the palm of the hand (iOS, Android) - we create the invisible glue that makes seamless experiences possible across a fragmented hardware universe.
- At smartclip, you don't just write components; you define how they interact. You make sure every platform we support - from the living room to the phone in someone's pocket - shares one coherent, scalable architecture instead of a patchwork of one-off solutions.
- Develop and evolve high-performance SDKs that run flawlessly across the entire CTV and Mobile ecosystem (AppleTV, FireTV, Android, HbbTV, iOS).
- Drive technical cohesion by identifying platform overlaps and aligning architectures to ensure a unified language across all SDKs and tools.
- Influence the product direction by balancing rapid feature delivery with strategic refactoring and the reduction of technical debt.
- Implement platform-specific logic on top of a shared TypeScript core to ensure our SDKs feel truly native on every operating system.
- Establish a bulletproof testing culture using Jest and Vitest, while elevating the team through mentorship and high-standard code reviews.

Qualifikationen
- You moved beyond the basics to work on complex architectures - and can still find your way through Vanilla JavaScript when a platform demands it.
- You don't ship until the edge cases are conquered. Jest and Vitest are your primary weapons.
- You enjoy being the "Networker" who brings different technical perspectives together to find the best solution.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Ability to navigate Grafana dashboards and Graylog traces to pinpoint issues in the wild.
Erfahrung
- Experience in Mobile development (React Native, Kotlin, Swift) or device-specific engineering. You understand how to optimise for limited resources.
