Our Application Development team is a trusted partner to all business functions, implementing custom solutions that make a difference to how people across Beiersdorf take decisions, access relevant information and pursue their daily work.
    • We are looking for a passionate "Lead SAP Developer" to join the team.
    • Our team consists of highly motivated and experienced application developers from various professional backgrounds spanning open source, Microsoft and SAP technologies.
    • We are part of Beiersdorf's Data, AI and Automation organization.
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP ABAP.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Oversee the development team, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure best practices in coding and development.
    • Manage and lead a community of SAP developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Guide and coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovations.

    Ausbildung

    • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    Qualifikationen

    • In-depth understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and their integration with other systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a community of developers.
    • Strong general software engineering skills including DevOps and CI/CD.
    • Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn.
    • Proficiency in English is required. German is a plus.

    Erfahrung

    • Several years of hands-on experience in SAP development.
    • Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects, with strong management skills.
    • Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus, including experience with Fiori design principles and SAP Fiori Elements.
    • Knowledge of SAP Gateway and OData services for Fiori app development, along with experience in SAP Fiori launchpad configuration and customization.
