Job Zusammenfassung
In diesem Job unterstützt du die IT mit der Einrichtung und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen, übernimmst die IT-Ausstattung bei Onboarding sowie Offboarding und bietest vor Ort ersten Support bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare, configure and hand over IT equipment (laptops, phones, etc.).
- Set up and maintain workstations and meeting rooms.
- Provide first-level on-site IT support for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Support local office events with IT setup when required.
- Coordinate with the central IT team and Office Management on local operational tasks.
- Update and manage IT assets and related documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Microsoft 365, hardware setup and IT troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Azure, Exchange and power apps,
- Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.
- Comfortable working in an office environment and providing on-site support.
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- German: B1 or higher
- Any additional language is a plus.
Erfahrung
- Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
