Deine Rolle im Team
- You will be involved in the co-development of AI agents to solve specific engineering and enterprise challenges.
- You will work on the further development and concretization of governance processes for multi-agent systems, including agent definitions, role descriptions, guardrails and reusable skills.
- You structure and optimize agent workflows to increase quality, traceability and efficiency.
- In addition, you will integrate quality assurance mechanisms (e.g. security, code quality or plausibility analyses) into agent processes.
- You will evaluate, benchmark and validate AI models, agents and workflow variants experimentally using defined criteria with a focus on the best possible results with minimal use of resources.
- In addition, you will contribute your own ideas for improving approaches and methods and evaluate them systematically.
- You will translate research findings into functioning proofs of concept.
- Finally, you will document methods, interfaces, results and findings for knowledge transfer in the team.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- You are studying computer science, mathematics, physics, industrial engineering, data science or a comparable course of study.
- You also have a basic understanding of AI, machine learning and large language models with a practical, applied focus.
- You are also familiar with Git and can analyze complex problems in a structured way and translate them into efficient solutions.
- In addition, you work independently, show initiative and enjoy development tasks and act in a structured, transparent and reliable manner.
- Last but not least, you have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
Erfahrung
- You have initial practical experience in the unit of GenAI and/or Agentic AI as well as programming skills in Python.
- Experience with coding agents (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex), agent frameworks (e.g. Strands Agents, LangChain, Agno, PydanticAI) as well as Cloud platforms and API-based AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API) is an advantage.
- Ideally, initial experience in Rust, TypeScript or JavaScript, an interest in software quality, testing and static code analysis, as well as an understanding of efficient model use with the destination of achieving high-quality results even with smaller models round off your profile.
