    Deine Rolle im Team

    • Assist in portfolio data collection, consolidation, and cleaning by mining through large data sets to investigate root causes for deviations and to ensure that data sets are available in the required quality.
    • Develop reports with PowerBI to track major KPIs of strategic business topics and key projects on a regular basis.
    • Conduct market research on mobility trends, developments in motor insurance, and specialty lines products.
    • Shape our business by introducing artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
    • Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support, support M&A activities, as well as requests from the CEO office and CTO.
    • Follow up on audit topics to ensure compliance and accountability.
    • Address ad-hoc topics based on evolving business needs.

    Unsere Erwartungen an dich

    Ausbildung

    • Finished Bachelor's degree; currently enrolled as a Master's student in related subjects such as Mathematics, IT, Engineering or other fields with a strong focus on analytics.

    Qualifikationen

    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Very strong capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite and document creation for top management discussions.
    • Initiative, quick comprehension and a structured and responsible way of working.
    • Good command of both English and German languages.

    Erfahrung

    • Experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI and proficient knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
    • Experience with artificial intelligence and its concepts is a plus.
