As a Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of complex SAP SuccessFactors programs that often span multiple countries. You manage transformation projects with foresight, lead international delivery teams to success, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across various leadership levels. Beyond delivering programs, you also help identify and drive new opportunities - actively supporting sales activities, proposal development, and the strategic evolution of client relationships.
- Lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects - either as full-suite transformations or modular implementations.
- Manage interdisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
- Play a key role in pre-sales: contribute to bid strategies, RfP responses, and client presentations.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across senior management levels.
- Ensure project success in terms of planning, quality, stakeholder alignment, and escalation handling.

Qualifikationen
- Strong expertise in one or more modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, or Learning.
- Business-fluent in German and English.
- Optional: Exposure to SAP HCM for S/4HANA is a plus.
Erfahrung
- In-depth relevant professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM space.
- Initial experience in leading (sub-)projects, ideally within international transformation environments.
- Solid experience in sales and bid processes - from requirement analysis and solution design to customer interaction.
