- We engage with executive-level customers to agree on business goals and ignite the full value of Salesforce, considering people, process and technology.
- As Senior Architect Technical Consulting, you become the highest technical design and thought leader authority in our most strategic customer programs.
- You will architect solutions across Data 360, Agentforce / AIForce and Enterprise Security - including the trust and governance guardrails that keep autonomous agents safe.
- Partner as a peer at CTO level with the CISOs and CTOs of our largest customers.
- Stand at the forefront of the AI transformation.

- We are seeking a visionary technical leader who bridges deep architecture expertise with high-level enterprise strategy.
- In this key position, you will drive complex Salesforce transformations, define enterprise-wide architecture frameworks and ensure that cutting-edge data platforms and AI-driven agents operate under the highest IT security and compliance standards.
- To be successful in the role you should shape the Data 360 strategy, own the strategic architecture, harness AI and automation, secure the enterprise, govern APIs and integrations, lead and guide the engagement, align delivery and solution evaluation, mentor and grow others, drive internal initiatives, and support pre-sales.
- Basic requirements include professional business fluency in German, proven track record as a Principal/Program Architect, Enterprise Architect or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems, deep security focus, hands-on expertise architecting solutions around Data 360 and Agentforce / AIForce Harnessing, technical leadership, well-architected patterns, agent orchestration & trusted agent governance, empathy & Salesforce values, hands-on mentality & AI-first mindset, team player mentality, flexible working style, strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills, and relevant Salesforce certifications or a demonstrated willingness to acquire relevant certifications in the near term.
