Deine Rolle im Team
- Global Process Design & Standardization
- Lead the global design of end-to-end compensation processes (e.g. merit, bonus, short-term incentives) in alignment with the organization's People and rewards strategy.
- Define future-state process blueprints and ensure harmonization across regions and business units.
- Implementation & Configuration Support
- Serve as the global process lead during the SuccessFactors Compensation implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, internal IT teams, and People stakeholders to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
- Participate in system configuration reviews, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Project Leadership & Rollout Coordination
- Act as a core team member in the SF implementation project, ensuring delivery milestones are met for the Compensation module.
- Support global and regional deployment planning, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure robust data migration, process readiness, and stakeholder enablement prior to go-live.
- Change & Stakeholder Management
- Drive process change readiness across People teams globally; provide expert guidance to support adoption.
- Collaborate with regional Total Rewards, Finance, and Regional People teams to ensure local compliance within global design parameters.
- Deliver training and communication inputs for key user groups.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define test scenarios and lead user acceptance testing for the Compensation module.
- Support issue resolution and ensure system integrity throughout the implementation cycle.
- Post-Go-Live Stabilization Support
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live support to regional teams during the first compensation cycle using the new system.
- Collect feedback and lead optimization adjustments as needed.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong understanding of global compensation programs and processes (merit planning, bonus cycles, budgeting, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation preferred.
Erfahrung
- 5-8 years of experience in HR technology or global HR transformation, with strong focus on HRIS implementations.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, ideally in a global rollout.
- Experience in process design, blueprinting, and translating functional requirements into system configuration.
- Experience working in agile and hybrid project environments.
