In dieser Position bist du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für IT-Support, kümmerst dich um die Administration von Windows-Geräten und unterstützt bei der Fehlerbehebung von IoT- und Produktionssystemen vor Ort.

Deine Rolle im Team
- Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams, providing deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices and Microsoft Office.
- Handle IMACD of devices and peripherals, hardware lifecycle, asset tracking and inventory.
- Support major incidents and coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security and Application teams.
- Provide first-line support for production workstations, MES environments and manufacturing systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot IoT devices, sensors, cameras, gateways and edge devices, verifying power, cabling and connectivity.
- Assist with OT/IT integration, working with OT, Automation and Network teams within defined escalation processes.
- Coordinate and escort automation, application and network vendors onsite, ensuring proper documentation and closure of incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Client IT policies, procedures and safety requirements.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Exposure to manufacturing IT, production environments and OT operations
- Working knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
Erfahrung
- Hands-on experience administering Windows 10/11
- Experience with Active Directory and user administration
- Experience with hardware, asset management and printing technologies
