- As Global Head of Data (all genders welcome), you will build and lead our global, enterprise-wide data capability, transforming data into a strategic asset that enables smarter decisions, automation, innovation, and sustainable growth.
- Define and execute the global Data & AI strategy, driving business transformation across the organization.
- Establish enterprise-wide data governance, ownership models, standards, and accountability frameworks.
- Lead master data management and data quality initiatives to create a trusted, single source of truth.
- Build and scale a modern cloud-based data platform that supports analytics, digital products, and AI capabilities.
- Enable AI adoption through innovative data solutions, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and next-generation business processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing global Data organization while fostering a data-driven culture and leading transformational change.

Qualifikationen
- Strong track record of building or transforming enterprise-wide data capabilities in complex, international organizations.
- Deep expertise in data governance, master data management, data quality, and modern data architectures.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused leader who thrives in transformation environments and drives measurable business impact.

Erfahrung
- Proven leadership experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
