Job Technologien
Deine Rolle im Team
- Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers.
- Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers.
- Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms.
- Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system.
- Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure.
- Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support.
- Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers.
- Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization.

Qualifikationen
- Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
- Being service oriented and a team player.
- You are self-reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- German drivers license
Erfahrung
- Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
