Deine Rolle im Team
- As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You systematically analyze IT demand and develop a mid- to long-term IT sourcing roadmap.
- You define, develop, and implement IT sourcing and procurement strategies, including make-or-buy decisions as well as single-, multi-sourcing, and outsourcing models.
- You manage the selection, engagement, and continuous development of external IT service providers.
- You design, negotiate, and take responsibility for contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) together with Procurement and the relevant business units.
- You monitor the contract-, cost-, and performance-compliant delivery of external IT services.
- You build sustainable supplier partnerships and actively promote innovation and continuous improvement.
- You continuously monitor the market and identify new vendors, technologies, and pricing models.
- You optimize the vendor and contract portfolio to reduce costs, risks, and complexity.

Ausbildung
- You hold a completed degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Qualifikationen
- You possess solid expertise in IT sourcing and procurement strategies, including make-or-buy decisions and single-, multi-sourcing, and outsourcing models.
- You have a strong track record of working closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT Operations, and various business units.
- You are confident in working with relevant tools and systems such as ERP/SAP, ServiceNow, contract management solutions, and reporting and analytics tools.
- You have very good German and English skills and stand out through strong analytical abilities, clear communication, and a structured, self-driven working style.
Erfahrung
- You have several years of professional experience (typically at least five years) in IT sourcing, vendor management, IT procurement, or commercial management.
- You bring extensive experience in IT contract and SLA management as well as in controlling costs, performance, and risks of external service providers.
- You are experienced in conducting commercial analyses, TCO evaluations, and business case assessments.
