Deine Rolle im Team
- Owning global LVS data collection and ensuring accurate, timely acquisition from multiple sources.
- Analyzing operational and project-execution processes to improve data availability, accuracy, and reporting standards.
- Benchmarking KPIs and analyzing drivers of operational performance across LVS and ABB.
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Providing management with decision-oriented insights on trends, risks, variations, and recommended actions.
- Supporting operational reporting, the annual budget process, and SAP improvement or transformation projects.
- Driving deployment and adoption of standardized reporting solutions across LVS locations.
- Coordinating with factories, process owners, data owners, and analytics teams to resolve data-quality issues.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field; proven data-analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office; dashboard and automated-reporting development; data validation and quality controls; KPI benchmarking; operational and project-execution analysis; basic financial and budget knowledge.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional, international teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive data-based decisions.
- Performance-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Forward-looking approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- High safety, integrity, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work transparently and effectively under time pressure.
Erfahrung
- SAP SD, MM, or PS experience is desirable.
