- Oversee Product Lifecycle: Take charge of the entire product lifecycle-from conception to post-launch optimization-ensuring that our offerings continuously meet the evolving needs of our organization.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Analyze project inefficiencies, pinpoint automation opportunities, and implement process enhancements that drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Ausbildung
- You hold a university degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Qualifikationen
- You possess expertise in designing technical connectivity across enterprise architecture, utilizing multiple PaaS solutions such as ServiceNow, SAP S/4, and Content Management Systems, as well as designing HR architecture landscapes.
- You have a natural ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate teams, effectively collaborating with various business units to achieve shared objectives.
- You are a strong advocate for customer needs, driven by a results-oriented mindset.
- You are skilled in utilizing testing methods (e.g., A/B testing, focus groups) to guide product evolution.
- You excel in verbal and written communication in English, tailoring your message for diverse audiences.
Erfahrung
- You bring extensive experience in software, technology, or product management, with a proven track record of implementing and managing Workday and connectivity to payroll systems.
