Deine Rolle im Team
- Shape the future of testbed technology at Rolls-Royce! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for our engine testbeds.
- You will apply your expertise in troubleshooting, application optimisation, and software change management, while working in an agile team that values innovation and collaboration.
- Design, support, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for the testbed environment.
- Development of IT solutions for technical challenges including implementation, consulting internal stakeholders about technological solutions, and defining scopes of service.
- DevOps for testbed and user-specific applications throughout the complete lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Software change management, e.g., GitLab.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- A university degree in computer science or a comparable technical subject.
Qualifikationen
- Strong commitment and willingness to perform, flexibility and reliability, a careful and responsible working style as well as strong teamwork skills.
- Good verbal and written skills in both German and English.
Erfahrung
- Professional experience as a Linux server administrator; experience with virtualisation and backup systems is desirable.
- Required: programming knowledge in C/C++, PHP, JavaScript, and experience working with SQL databases (MySQL).
