Deine Rolle im Team
- Improve and extend the current analytics and AI infrastructure (built around Databricks).
- Drive the data platform by observing the fast Data and AI landscape and bringing in new ideas.
- Maintain our stack by extending our setup with security measures, monitoring, auditing, policies, and (data) observability.
- Build tools, templates, and processes (e.g. CI/CD) for efficient data ingestion and management.
- Enable colleagues from the Liebherr Group by providing guidance, best practices, and blueprint architectures.
- Support Data Scientists and Data Engineers with Data and AI tooling.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- M.Sc. Computer Science or related technical field with a focus on (Data) Platform Engineering.
- Proficiency in building secure and scalable data platforms using cloud technologies with focus on security, networking, authentication, etc.
- Proficiency with cloud providers (e.g. Azure, AWS) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with CI/CD (preferably GitHub Actions) and IaC (preferably Terraform / Terragrunt).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English.
Erfahrung
- Experience with Databricks / Spark, data lakes as well as SQL- and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with development and operation of distributed systems.
- Excellent programming skills (e.g. Python or GoLang) and basic experience with Data Science or Machine Learning.
