Deine Rolle im Team
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models targeted towards chip development, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment to production environments.
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements and versioning and rollback capabilities.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand AI/ML model requirements, develop deployment strategies, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement automated testing and validation frameworks to ensure AI/ML models meet quality and performance standards managing performance & drifts.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure resources (e.g., compute, storage, networking) to support AI/ML workloads, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs and drive continuous improvement.

Ausbildung
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science.
Qualifikationen
- You are a strong team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to clearly explain ideas and collaborate with others to drive results.
- You naturally take initiative, help guide discussions, and inspire those around you.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud Computing, or AI/ML engineering (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch) and monitoring/logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana).
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Erfahrung
- 1 to 3 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with AI/ML models, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g. Docker), cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with programming (e.g. Python, Java), CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab), containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP), and automation tools (e.g. Ansible).
